positive mood formula (one tablet daily)

emotional health ... priceless!

The Positive Mood Formula was developed to help you maintain a calm mind and body, while feeling internally energized and strong. Our special blend of herbs and extracts will help support your inner–strength, increase your confidence, and boost your overall well–being. With regular use, the Positive Mood Formula will keep you invigorated, resilient, and emotionally prepared for the challenges of daily life.

The select ingredients in the Positive Mood Formula have been carefully researched and strategically formulated for their optimal mood enhancement and overall health and wellness benefits:

l–theanine:

A unique amino acid found in green tea leaves. Studies demonstrate that L–Theanine helps induce alpha–brain wave activity which is consistent with a state of relaxation. Study group subjects report a calm, yet alert state similar to that achieved by meditation. L–Theanine also plays a role in influencing other neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin to produce a soothing effect.

magnolia bark extract:

Magnolia Bark (magnolia officinalis) has been used in Chinese medicine since 100 A.D. It has been used to treat low energy as well as a variety of maladies often associated with emotional distress or nervous turmoil. These include: digestive disorders, anxiousness, immune suppression, joint discomfort, etc. In some animal studies, honokiol, an active ingredient in Magnolia Bark has been shown to be effective in promoting a positive mood without a heavy, sedating effect. Recent studies also boast Magnolia Bark’s powerful brain health benefits through a modulation of certain neurotransmitters and related enzymes.

5–htp:

5–HTP is an amino acid derivative that occurs naturally in the body and can be converted into serotonin. Serotonin is the body’s most powerful ”feel good” brain neurotransmitter. Serotonin levels rise when we experience positive emotions like love, laughter, happiness, friendship, and the “high” often experienced in exercise. The well–known ” runner’s high” is actually a pleasing rush of serotonin. Some studies also suggest that 5–HTP supplementation can help balance mood, support healthy sleep, and create a more relaxed waking state.

astragalus:

Astragalus is used in traditional Chinese medicine for its immune supporting properties. It’s considered essential for those experiencing a ’deficiency of chi’ (life force) – which includes symptoms such as lack of energy, weariness, and fatigue.

wild jujube & cordyceps:

Both Wild jujube & cordyceps are use in traditional Chinese medicine. Wild jujube has been highly regarded and an effective treatment for relaxation and occasional sleeplessness. Cordyceps is a species of mushroom believed by both traditional herbalists and some Western scientists to be a credible herbal alternative for strengthening the immune system, reducing the effects of aging, and promoting longevity.

panax ginseng:

Historically, ginseng has been used for a variety of health benefits. Ginseng helps support the body’s ability to cope with physical, mental and emotional stress and fatigue, as well as stress from external toxins. Ginseng users may feel relaxed and calm, yet energized and invigorated at the same time. It is described by many as a general “tonic for well–being”.

rhodiola rosea:

Rhodiola was originally used in China and the former Soviet Union to help decrease fatigue and increase the body’s natural resistance to various psychological and physiological stresses. Some modern experts maintain that Rhodiola may help strengthen the nervous system and promote a positive mood while also improving exercise tolerance, brain function, and energy levels. Theoretically, Rhodiola may help increase the body’s ability to take up and utilize oxygen, which may explain some of the “energizing” effects attributed to the plant.
