Dear Friend,

I tell my patients all the time, “Instead of worrying about SARS, mad-cow disease, or catching a deadly flu bug, why don’t you worry about something you’re more likely to die from – a preventable illness, like heart disease or diabetes. If you invested as much time taking care of yourself properly as you do worrying about these rather remote health hazards, you would feel so well you wouldn’t be in my office today!”

I’ve always believed that my responsibility to my patients goes far beyond merely diagnosing and treating illness. The fact is — the majority of us will die from a disease that could have been prevented in the first place by simply using common health sense. Kick that smoking habit, lose those extra pounds, eliminate or limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol, get some moderate exercise each and everyday, and most importantly — eat right and meet your daily nutritional requirements.

The body is much more self-sufficient than we give it credit for. If we meet our optimum nutritional needs everyday, keep active and fit, steer clear of destructive lifestyle habits, the body will basically maintain itself — as it was programmed by God to do.

But unfortunately most of us are not meeting our daily nutritional requirements on a consistent basis. It’s modern Americana — eat quickly and poorly. Compound this with the smog and pollution in every breath we take, the chemicals and preservatives in our food, a stressful lifestyle; it’s easy to see why we often don’t feel well.

So when Lucinda approached me about assisting her in developing the “perfect” daily supplement for mind and body health, I was elated at the prospect of participating in such a noble, worthwhile endeavor. The science has been emerging for the last ten-years — natural herbs, botanicals (plant extracts), vitamins, and minerals can indeed promote positive mood, help people feel more energized, and help support the body’s immune system.

After months of research and consultations, we knew what the ideal nutritional system would contain. Imagine our disappointment when we learned that in terms of ‘complete’ nutritional systems, no product existed that comprehensively met the needs of our client. We were told by virtually everyone — it just couldn’t be done — the cost to develop such a system prohibited its very development, few people would ever be able to afford the final product. After several meetings with the distributor, Good Living Labs, we were convinced they could meet our criteria of a comprehensive nutritional supplement for mind and body support.

So here we are today, with a final product that exceeded even my optimistic expectations. The principles and methods we developed have become the most successful life-management program ever, but for many, the nutritional gap still remains. I am honored and proud to have participated in the development of Good Days™. Personally, professionally, I believe Good Days™ can truly make a difference in your life.

To Your Good Health,
Phillip Fisher, MD
